Its height is 381 meters while 91 storey building can accommodate 1500 people in it. It has also been told that it is ranks at number 20 in the tallest buildings of the world in all formats list. It is situated in one of the most celebrated housing project of the Dubai City that is Dubai Marina.

Princess Tower was the first project of Tameer which was officially declared to be the tallest residential building in the world by the Guinness World Records earlier this year in the month of May. It is also located near this latest project Elite Residential Tower in the Dubai Marina. The president of Tameer reiterated the notion that Tameer is quite capable of carrying out mega projects and the completion of these two towers is just another proof of the abilities of the company.

The tower is providing world class amenities to the residents as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are being provided to the residents in the tower. At the same time, for sports lovers, there are table tennis courts, gym and gaming rooms.
