Be Watchful if you Live on Rent in Dubai

Dubai is a mega city with over two million populations residing in it that includes the local as well as the expatriate population. Most of the expatriates are from South Asian countries like India, Pakistan and Bangladesh and they normally live in Dubai rental apartments because it happens to be an absolutely perfect residence for them. The biggest issue these guys normally face is that of the tenant laws that normally the people do not understand due to lack of knowledge in the legal matters. It is probably one of the most frequently raised problems in the Dubai courts as normally the tenants are not aware of the important clauses of the agreement that they sign.

It is important for the tenants to read the agreement properly before he rents the house because it is this document that is to be presented in case of a dispute. The points and clauses written in it must be understood in detail and anything that may cause disagreement must be brought into writing once the agreement is reached. It is also important to remember that there can be clauses in an agreement that contradict the law of the land and must be looked at carefully before signing the contract. It is better to have a property agent who can look after these legalities in an experienced manner.

Dubai properties have once again started to rise to new heights and during the past few months, 18 months to be precise, the property values have increased steadily and it is foreseen by the real estate gurus that it will continue to rise at the same steady rate for the next few months and then get further elevated at a quicker speed. The rental rates have also gone up with the revival of business in the city. Expats are coming in large numbers to the city again and as they are always more inclined towards Dubai rental apartments, it is a must for them to hire an agent as lawyer can be too expensive and carefully read, understand and negotiate the rents of their properties.
