United Arab Emirates is the hub of trade in the Middle East for being situated at a highly critical position neighboring South Asia, Persian Gulf and Saudi Arabia at the same time. Being its capital Abu Dhabi enjoys a special status in the region and as the business activities are at their peak in this city. Therefore, Abu Dhabi property market has seen a big boom in the recent years and despite being the second best in the country in terms of tourism and traveling, it has certainly left its mark on the industry in the past few years and poses a threat to the primary tourism center of the country, Dubai.

These tourist wonders have really helped the Abu Dhabi property to explore new horizons and as a result the rent in Abu Dhabi at hotels and commercial properties has detonated. The investors from across the globe are looking to invest in this desert of marvels, that is by no means a desert anymore, and are getting dividends from their investment in this city that is close to overtaking some of the biggest realty markets in the region.
