Dubai has been a city of attractions and these attractions include some of the biggest events that are held in this city. These events are the main eye catch of this city as they bring thousands of visitors every year and these visitors and tourists are one of the major sources of income for the state of Dubai. Dubai Festival City was primarily developed for this very reason that the tourists who come to this city can have a further attraction and all these events could be held in this society. It was a huge project which not only focused the events that were to be held in this city but also for the purpose of residence and other commercial needs.

It is a fact that hundreds of thousands of visitors and businessmen come to this city and massive level events like the Dubai Shopping Festival or the Cricket championships that are held here in this city. These visitors are a major source of income, not only for the state, but also for the small businessmen who can make big bucks during these events. This category includes the artists like calligraphers etc who can present their art at such events and they can have a permanent residence at this place. This not only helps them to perform at events but also stay close to the hub of such activities.

This massive project of concert halls, festival grounds, clubs, restaurants, hotels, commercial buildings and residential areas will be completed by 2015 and it is believed that it will put a huge effect on the Dubai real estate which is the major attraction for the businessmen throughout the world. It has already made scores of revenues for the state of Dubai and has been a charm for the global investors in Dubai over the years. Dubai Festival City will just be yet another fantastic addition to the already magnificently ornamented Dubai property sector.

Dubai’s Exceptional Business and Work Environment

-->
People do not get fed up with their work if the environment they are working in is friendly and healthy. It needs to be competitive but still healthy because if the people working in a place do not feel well, certainly they cannot give their hundred percent outputs. It is a fact that Dubai has provided an excellent living atmosphere to the working class that is enjoyable and that mainly is because of the diversified nature of workforce. Most of them are from other countries especially from South Asia and live here in excellent conditions in apartments in Dubai. Most of them are from South Asia so they have a common language and there are no communication hazards as well.

It is a fact that India and Pakistan are two countries with a history and they have fought wars with each other in the past. But, in Dubai, they live side by side and work in collaboration with each other. In fact most of them share their rooms and apartments with each other as the common needs bring them together and they are much happy living together than living alone. It is true that common needs bring people together but it is also true that common backgrounds bring them together as well and the language that the two countries speak is the same which makes them good friends with each other as they can communicate with much ease.

It is only the charisma of Dubai that brings people together as this city gives them a healthy environment and as they understand each other and develop a good chemistry with time. They have been working here for many a years and the influx still continues today with thousands from both countries coming to Dubai every year and allowing the Dubai economy and especially Dubai real estate to blossom. They work here and their skill helps make Dubai economy stronger and they live here in rental apartments or some buy them as well so real estate is prospering. But in larger terms, it is the economy and business that they create and this same business allures more investors to invest in Dubai that in turn gives boost to the real estate and tourism of the state.

It is a cycle that has been working for the last forty years and the Dubai administration has devised policies to keep it going the same way which makes this city one of the most attractive places in the world to live. It offers an exceptional lifestyle and the business opportunities are the prime feature of this city making it stand out among the regional cities as a business market.

Dubai Pearl – An Excellent Location for Expats

Dubai is one of those places that the investors get harmed with because it is a city which stands out among the comity of cities in providing the most fantastic business facilities for the investors. The investors have shown complete faith over Dubai and in return Dubai has also given them complete support and has lived up to their expectations. Some of the biggest projects in the world were taken up in Dubai real estate by the investors and the city was fully capable of paying their money back with loads of profits. In business sector, it is home to the regional and international headquarters of some of the biggest multinational brands in the world.

It has produced extensive amount of business and jobs in the country which has made it one of the best performing economies of the world and hundreds of thousands of expatriates have come to Dubai in order to get a good living standard. Most of these expats have come from the neighboring South Asia that have good flourishing economies yet the population sizes of these countries are mammoth and that is why the skilled and experienced workforce from these countries comes to Dubai for having better earnings.

The expatriate population of Dubai is well off but they remit large amounts of money to their families back home in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka etc. This is why they live in middle ranked property places in the city. One of such places ix Dubai Pearl which has all the amenities of the world and is no less than the most thriving of property projects in the city but is not too expensive and therefore is best for a person who has above average income and most expats living in Dubai are in good position to afford the apartments for rent in this place and thus it happens to be one of the favorite places of the people from other countries and states living in Dubai City.

Common Men in Dubai Favor Economically Viable Properties

In this one of the most extravagant property mixes in the world that this Dubai City has, Al Safa is yet another wonderful living society that has got all the amenities of any other extra ordinary society in the city. It is located right next to Jumeirah and is also bordered by Al Wasl, Al Manara and Al Qouz. It is located on the busiest road of the city which is undoubtedly the Sheikh Zayed Road and thus is in the reach of everyone as it is accessed from the busiest road of the city. The facilities of transportation and security are equally good as any of the celebrated societies in the city and at much cheaper cost of living.

It is often said that Dubai has some of the biggest property projects in the world and the construction standards that the Dubai real estate has introduced the world to are simply phenomenal but there are some distinguished properties as well that are for all sorts of people who live here. The point is that there are not only the big investors and the multi billionaire business tycoons living in this city but there are hundreds of thousands of the common people who live in this city and they surely outnumber the big investors as they are the ones who work here to run the wheel of the Dubai economy.

These expats prefer living in such societies that are not too expensive yet provide them with all the amenities of a good living society. They live in places where they do not have to pay much as their incomes are not high enough to live in the luxury villas of The Palm Jumeirah or the magical Dubai Marina so they prefer the societies like Al Safa which are neither too expensive nor too away from the city. It borders the Jumeirah and is situated at Sheikh Zayed Road and is therefore suited to the office workers and students who can easily get to the road that connects all the important commercial societies of the city and thus it becomes one of the favored societies for the working class.

Dubai – From a Desert to an International City

The place where one of the busiest cities of the world, Dubai, stands today was once considered to be a useless desert. There was nothing in there but a large piece of barren land with very little population and the highest followed profession was of fishing. It was only during the second half of the previous century that the mineral wealth was begun to be explored in the Arabian peninsula and when the explorations proved to be successful, UAE also was explored and when it was found that there were huge reserves of oil in this region, this suddenly changed the complexion of the United Arab Emirates.
Immediately the Dubai administration decided to take the advantage of the situation and certainly when we look today at the sky-scrappers of the Dubai city, we can say that they were able to make full out of the opportunities. Instead of relying on the oil riches, the Caliph of Dubai along with his devoted team, decided to make it a business hub and in a very short span of time, huge projects were begun in the country. To bring the investment from different parts of the world, they made Dubai a duty free zone and this decision was taken by the international community as the best opportunity to set their feet in an Asia which certainly was and continues to be the biggest potential market because of its mammoth population.
It has been a success story from there on and during the past 40 years, Dubai has come a long way. From the brilliantly designed Dubai Marina to the tallest building on Earth, Burj Khalifa, everything depicts the progress of the city. The evolution was not easy but the resilience of the city and exceptionally good administration in terms of law and justice has made the business community around the world to believe in the strength of this city as a business hub. It is a shopping paradise where people from all parts of the world come to shop. Gold shops in the Souk here in Dubai can simply startle the person walking into the market in the evening.
Today, Dubai is one of the biggest cosmopolitans in the world as thousands of expats have been living here for years and the influx is ever increasing in the city. It is a city which has about 83% of its population comprising of the expatriates. This city offers jobs and studies to the expats and in return, they provide it with their skill and at the same time the Dubai real estate has seen new heights due to these expats entering the city every new day in big numbers. Dubai has made a separate society called as The International City which has different designs of architecture from almost all parts of the world but it is an International City in itself.
